The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. About The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale growth marketing efforts across both Harry's and Flamingo. In this highly data-driven role you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns--owning key channels such as Google, Display, and Affiliate, with a strong focus on unlocking and scaling emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative problem solving, rigorous analytics, and hands-on execution. You will run programs that directly impact our omni-channel growth, with a focus on driving efficient new customer acquisition and improving customer lifetime value (LTV).

Responsibilities:

Define strategy, manage, and efficiently scale customer acquisition across multiple channels
Lead and perform campaign planning, execution and optimization to deliver sales and ROI targets
Set and manage monthly and yearly goals for profitable growth in new customer acquisition in the channels you lead
Track and report on performance, identifying key wins and learnings to advise future campaigns
Identify opportunities to expand into new digital channels
Work cross-functionally on projects across Harry's and Flamingo portfolio of products
Track emerging trends and identify new, innovative ways to evolve our growth marketing strategy, grow the audience and drive new customers

The ideal candidate wants to use their strategic and analytical skills to help build a customer-centric, growth-minded organization
Proven track record of success (2-3+ years) in management consulting, strategy & operations, technology, or a similar background
Intensely data-driven in your approach to solving problems, with a persistent desire to look for opportunities through data analysis, go multiple levels deep, understand, and take action.
Motivated by learning and mastering new things; constantly testing & learning to figure things out; willing to take calculated risks
Experience working with complex omni-channel attribution models

Internal teams at Harry's including Product, Lifecycle & Engagement, Brand Marketing, and more
Manage external vendors and agency partners across various marketing channels and tools
