Job Title: UI Lead - GenAI

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)

Duration: Until 30/06/2026

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UI Lead Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and proven experience in Generative AI integration. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of software development experience, strong frontend architectural knowledge, and hands-on skills in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and architecture of scalable UI applications.
Integrate GenAI-powered features such as intelligent assistants and adaptive UI components.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs using Next.js or Node.js.
Ensure application compatibility, performance, and security across devices and browsers.
Mentor junior developers and drive best practices through code reviews.
Work with DevOps/cloud teams to deploy applications and GenAI models on AWS.
