About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support multiple Regional Sales General Managers (GMs). This pivotal role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as you will serve as a trusted partner enabling our CRO and revenue leadership team to operate smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and handle logistics for internal and external engagements across multiple time zones. Your role will also involve preparing detailed itineraries for travel, managing expense reports and purchase orders, and reviewing all incoming communications to prioritize and respond appropriately. You will act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will support onboarding new leaders, prepare presentations and reports, and assist with logistical arrangements for various events. Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in a global or fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
High flexibility and availability to support urgent matters across multiple time zones
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Notion is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in managing logistics for internal and external events is advantageous
Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable under pressure

Responsibilities

Provide high-level executive support to Regional Sales GMs, including managing schedules and administrative tasks
Act as a primary point of contact between GMs, internal teams, and external partners
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including cross-functional sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and offsite events across different time zones
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries
Process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals and compliance
Review, prioritize, and respond to all incoming communications, meeting invites, and requests
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide consistent support for senior management
Prepare presentations, activity reports, and supporting documents for leadership
Assist with onboarding logistics for new leaders within the revenue organization
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
