Title: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description

Develop key predictive models. Develop and recommend data sampling techniques, data collections, and data cleaning specifications and approaches.
Analyze data using advanced analytics techniques using Python, R, Scala, or equivalent Spark, Hadoop file system, and other.s Access and analyze data sourced from various Company systems of record.
Support the development of strategic business and marketing
Provide expert data and analytics support to multiple business units

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in data science or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in: Python (including libraries like pandas, SQLAlchemy, NumPy), SQL, Power BI
Azure DevOps and Git
Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and predictive analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a self-starter mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the utility industry or familiarity with Esri tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and "hit the ground running."
Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results.
