We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java-based microservices and hands-on experience with MCP, Google Cloud, and ADK frameworks. This role involves designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications, ensuring performance, resiliency, and compliance in a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Work with MCP (Managed Compute Platform) to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
Implement and integrate solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability and security.
Utilize ADK (Application Development Kit) for reusable components, accelerators, and automation.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and SRE/DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure best practices in CI/CD, API development, and code quality.
Implement monitoring, logging, and resiliency strategies for production systems.
Support application lifecycle management, including incident response and performance optimization.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices.
Hands-on experience with MCP and Google Cloud (GCP).
Familiarity with ADK for application development and automation.
Strong understanding of cloud-native design, APIs, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
Good understanding of security, compliance, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Familiarity with observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
Knowledge of resiliency design patterns and distributed systems.
Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation in development or monitoring.
