Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL- Onsite

Job Type: Contract role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize applications in ServiceNow.
Configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
Write scripts, workflows, and business rules as needed.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs.
Troubleshoot issues and provide fixes.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain documentation for configurations and customizations.
Support upgrades and ensure platform stability.
