UI Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer with a strong background in designing complex business web applications. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end design process--from initial ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design--ensuring each application is intuitive, modern, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
This is not a product design role, but one focused on UX design for business applications (e.g., dashboards, internal tools, web portals). Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, collaborative, and experienced in turning data-driven insights into clean, user-friendly designs that align with contemporary web design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full UX design lifecycle for web-based business applications: from discovery and sketching to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Translate business and user requirements into effective, efficient user experiences.
Create detailed workflows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Develop consistent and visually compelling UI designs using typography, iconography, color, space, and texture.
Design incremental enhancements and new features within existing applications, maintaining a seamless and cohesive user experience.
Work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on business/enterprise applications (not product/consumer-facing design).
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills in business application contexts.
Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
Understanding of and experience designing for applications using React and Angular frameworks.
Deep knowledge of modern UX principles, best practices, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in agile development environments.
Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating user feedback into designs.
Basic understanding of front-end development to better collaborate with engineers.
Experience designing for enterprise clients or internal systems (e.g., CRMs, reporting tools, etc.).
