Role Description

Microsoft AI (MAI) is seeking experienced Platform and Product Engineers to help build the next wave of capabilities of our personal AI, Copilot. The team is responsible for building platforms that support our work in training models and deploying the core experience of Copilot, while collaborating with our Product Management, Design and AI Research teams.

Qualifications

Experience with React JS or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with modern backend frameworks such as .NET or Node.js.
Experience in software development, with a focus on building end to end AI consumer products.
Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs.
Experience using Machine Learning frameworks, including experience using, deploying, and scaling multimodal models, either personally or professionally.
Demonstrated understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
