As an SDR, your role is to identify and qualify sales leads, pitch our award-winning software solution to medium-sized enterprises, and manage the full sales cycle.

This is a full-cycle B2B sales role focused on high volume SaaS subscription sales and client growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing high volume sales deals and outbound activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Lead outbound efforts and demos into net-new B2B accounts.

Work closely with Marketing on qualification and conversion of leads.
Navigate 1-2 month deal cycles involving Marketing and Sales
Operations.
Build multi-stakeholder account plans and collaborate cross-functionally
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting via CRM.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years in B2B sales, including cold calling, managing full sales cycle, and deal closing
Proven track record in mid-ticket B2B sales, SaaS, or similar industries
Experience managing short-cycle, high volume sales pipelines
Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Proficient in using and optimising CRMs and sales software tools
A team player who takes ownership of tasks
Results-driven with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Business proficiency in English and additional language is a plus
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tackling any challenge that arises
