A career as an Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer in the AI Factory team at National Bank
means playing a key role in the end-to-end development of artificial
intelligence applications. This job allows you to make a tangible impact on the
organization through your expertise in software development, CI/CD, and cloud
computing. You will directly contribute to the robustness, reliability, and
performance of AI solutions deployed at scale.
Your job
Design and
develop the front-end and back-end of AI applications.
Build and maintain efficient CI/CD
pipelines.
Design and
implement data ingestion and processing mechanisms.
Participate in
the implementation and continuous improvement of generative AI best
practices.
Provide support
and ensure the reliability of production applications (you build it, you
run it).
Collaborate
actively within your Agile squad to influence technology choices.
Your team
Within the AI Factory, you will join a multidisciplinary team made up of
developers, analysts, and AI scientists. Reporting to the Senior Director of
the AI Factory, the team stands out for its expertise, innovation capacity, and
collaborative culture. You will evolve in a stimulating environment that
encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's or
master's degree in computer science or related field.
At least 7 years
of experience in software development.
Proficiency in
React, Python, Elixir, and Terraform.
Experience with
AWS (Bedrock, S3, OpenSearch, EKS, EC2, Lambda).
Hands-on
experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Knowledge of
monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Team spirit and collaboration.
