Cloud Azure Engineer
About the job:
We are seeking an Azure Engineer with DevOps expertise to design and implement scalable cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure. You'll lead CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure automation, and cloud monitoring to support high-performing, secure deployments. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on engineering to drive innovation and efficiency across cloud environments.
What you will do at Sogeti:
Design and implement scalable Azure-based cloud architectures using IaaS and PaaS services.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and automation tools like Terraform and ARM.
Configure monitoring and logging solutions with Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize performance across cloud environments.
Define and implement Infrastructure as Code for consistent and repeatable deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to align solutions with business goals.
Document implementations and mentor peers on Azure and DevOps best practices.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience across cloud architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering.
Proficiency in Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Terraform, PowerShell, etc.).
Strong understanding of containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and server-side scripting.
Knowledge of cloud security, high availability, and disaster recovery design patterns.
Excellent communication and consultative skills with a client-focused mindset.
