If that excites you, how about joining our client servicing team as a Salesforce L5 Dev/Admin Reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions to support the workflows in the client servicing area on the Salesforce platform

Your Role Includes

Meeting with project owners to determine CRM needs
Participate in design conversations and administer world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM Organisation, specifically in the area of Financial Crime
Leading the growth of Salesforce within the remit of the client servicing domain
Designing/creating workflows/case management and integrating with 3rd Party SaaS systems
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
Writing documents and maintaining "Wiki" architectural catalogue
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you'll also need:

Be a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who has a strong understanding of Apex and coding standard, and have worked in a regulated industry for a minimum of 5 years
Comprehensive understanding of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
Good communication skills.
Ability to problem solve high-level issues.
Preferred experience of:
Conga CPQ
Preferred experience of GearSet, Copado or similar deployment tooling.
Jitterbit or similar IPaaS
Docusign and Doc Gen
