Required Skills & Experience:
Public Sector Experience (5+ years):
* Supporting federal, provincial, or broader public sector healthcare projects.
* Reviewing and guiding vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, interoperability requirements (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED-CT, LOINC), and governance processes.
* Producing decision-ready architecture documentation for governance forums.
Technical Expertise (10+ years):
* Proven experience reviewing and guiding Salesforce (multi-cloud solutions: Sales, Service, Experience, Public Sector Solutions) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architectures.
* Expertise in Salesforce LWCs, Apex, Flows, OmniStudio/Vlocity, MuleSoft; Dynamics PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
* Strong knowledge of single-org vs. multi-org strategies, enterprise integration, and platform governance.
* Experience applying Agile methodologies, reviewing sprint deliverables, and contributing to MVP backlogs.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce and Dynamics ecosystem trends (AI, Data Cloud, CoPilot, Power Platform).
* Knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud designs (Salesforce PaaS, Heroku, Azure integrations).
Core Leadership & Delivery:
* Ability to provide technical governance, risk management, and architectural guidance to vendor teams.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, translating business objectives into solution roadmaps.
* Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills with experience presenting to governance bodies.
Must Haves
5+ years supporting public sector healthcare projects with enterprise systems.
Expertise in Salesforce and Dynamics CRM implementations (LWCs, Apex, Flows, OmniStudio/Vlocity, MuleSoft; Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Experience applying Agile methodologies with ability to review vendor deliverables and support MVP planning.
Proven ability to prepare reports, architecture recommendations, and documentation for senior decision-makers.
