Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance Manager based in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes providing strategic financial insights, managing risk, optimizing cash flow, and leading financial operations. The Senior Finance Manager will also collaborate with various teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Forecasting skills
Experience in Financial Analysis and Strategic Financial Insights
Knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance with Financial Regulations
Expertise in Cash Flow Optimization and Financial Operations
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software and AI-driven analytical tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online a plus
