Role Description

The Finance Coordinator position will be a part of the accounting operations within one of our largest clients. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: assistance in the production of periodic financial reports, preparation of reconciliations, and other materials, billings, collections and accounts payable, support in day-to-day finance functions and communications with other business units

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance
Strong eye for detail
Desire to learn
Excellent ability to work in a team

Experience:

1 + of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Business/Finance/Accounting Degree
Project accounting experience a plus
