Position Purpose

The Manager, Cyber Security will coordinate cyber security alert and threat analysis, ensuring optimal configuration of security tools. While managing a team, you will influence vulnerability management, IT risk mitigation, and audit gap resolution across the organization. The Manager, Cybersecurity will also facilitate documentation of processes and standards, and oversee security deliverables for projects and procurement.

What You Will Do

Coordinate cyber security alert and threat analysis, including reporting and optimization of security tools.
Conduct health check on Security tools to ensure optimal configuration of the security tools.
Ensure that security tools cover entire IT ecosystem by ensuring that agents are loaded on all the end-point devices and network devices.
Facilitate incident response and containment during breach events, including third-party impacts.
Maintain and update playbooks and threat analysis related Automation.
Guide vulnerability management and patching across hybrid environments.
Maintain and update security governance documentation, policies, and dashboards.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of security initiatives.
Create high-quality reports for executive audiences and maintain evergreen documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Professional learnings in technology that have developed strong competencies in cybersecurity, IT risk, and audit management.
A few years' experience in managing cyber threats, incident response, and IT governance.
Certifications such as AZ-500, MS-100 & MS-101, CEH (required); Azure Administrator Associate (asset).
Knowledge of Azure Cloud, VMware, Brocade, Ruckus, Windows Server OS.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Purview, Intune, Defender, Imperva, Cisco Umbrella.
Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and deliver outcomes reliably.
Strong relationship coordination with managed service partners and internal teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,800 to $149,700 (M2 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
