Position: Product Marketing Assistant

Contract: Internship

Duration: 6 months

Location: Paris 16e

Starting date: 5th of January 2026

Missions

In collaboration with the EviDenS de Beaute Global Marketing Development Team, closely working with two Product Development Managers and the Marketing Group Manager, you will participate in:

Marketing Strategy & Competition Analysis:

- Participate in the implementation of the marketing strategy in terms of product innovation

- Identify white space based on product architecture opportunities, market trends, sub-category evolution

- Identify current skincare trends & analyze competitors: competitive studies, benchmark, price study, market study

Product Development:

- Participate in the elaboration of product development briefs for packagings and formulas

- Follow up dedicated retroplannings and respect timeline

- Develop marketing tools: product book, product files, evaluation tests highlight

- Create artworks for the future products (primary, secondary, notices etc.)

- Participate in the implementation of 360deg product activation strategy in cooperation with communication, press relations, digital, web, trade & retail departments

Operational:

- Prepare agendas, presentations, visuals, mock-ups for international meetings

- Create the quarterly Marketing Gazette newsletter

- Coordinate with creative and translation agencies

- Update the existing artworks vs. potential changes linked to regulations, marketing wording, claims etc.

- Support Product Managers into the development process with Operations Team and Supply Chain

Profile

- Bac +4/+5 or Master's degree in Marketing or International Business

- Passion & sensitivity for the world of beauty and/or luxury

- Ideally, you have a first successful experience in marketing in the beauty and/or luxury industry

- Excellent written and spoken French and English. Chinese or Japanese is a plus.

- Essential qualities: solution driven, very strong interpersonal & analytical skills, multi-tasking, preciseness and curiosity, attention to details, rigor, creative side is a must

- Microsoft Office (Advanced)
