About the Role
Working as part of a high-calibre development group, you will be responsible for delivering robust, scalable systems that directly support front-office activity. The role combines hands-on coding with collaboration across multiple projects.

Shape the development process by proposing improvements and championing best practices across the full lifecycle.
Own your code end-to-end, from design and deployment through to monitoring and ongoing support.

Desired Skills & Knowledge
Clear, confident communicator able to explain complex technical ideas in a simple manner.
Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, operating systems and networking.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming and relational databases.
Exposure to Python and big data technologies is advantageous.
Previous working experience within the financial markets
Thrives under pressure: Ability to juggle multiple projects while consistently delivering clean, reliable, and production-ready software in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent academic background, with a minimum 2:1 in Computer Science or a related field from a top university.
Highly numerate, analytical, and passionate about technology.
Familiarity with their technology stack: C#, .Net Core, JavaScript, Python, Azure, CI/CD Pipelines, SQL, DataBricks, SnowFlake, React.js, IaS, Kubernetes.
Strong appreciation of functional design and user experience.
