About the business

We are currently partnering with the go to leader for premium end to end packaging and promotional solutions (Gifting/Accessories) to a variety of world known consumer global brands.

The opportunity

As part of the group's strategy, the business wishes to increase its global sales within the beauty sector through the creation of a new Global Key Account role within the business. This role has been established as part of the strategy to have a global focus towards key customers.

The role will see you manage direct and indirect team across US, Mexico, EMEA and Asia Pacific, with a direct team of 4 based in Paris.

Objectives

Develop a growth strategy based on the market potential by relevant product (bags, rigid boxes, accessories, folding cartons) by each geographical region and division.
Conduct an audit of the business resources already in place by suggesting a structure adapted to the identified potential.
Maintain regular and high level discussions to ensure confidence and visibility of medium term opportunities.
Depending on the identified needs, provide commercial and industrial direction (CAPEX, M&A) to capitalise on these opportunities.
Ensure the preparation and monitoring of the customers operating account.
Recruitment and development of the teams concerned
Negotiation of the annual contract which experience in 2026.

Key Requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercially driven global key account director, with a demonstrable record of growing global key accounts across multiple geographies and product groups.
Have experience of promotional gifting, accessories and GWP product groups.
Have current or previous experience of managing L'Oreal in a similar key account leadership position and have knowledge of their promotional packaging / promotional gifting teams.
Have previously managed a direct and indirect team across multiple locations.
Have a good understanding of one or more of the key product applications that the business currently provides - promotional packaging / gifting solutions or very similar.
Be able to demonstrate a significant knowledge and network of the global beauty/cometic/personal care industry and be able to leverage these relationships in the future to win new opportunities.
Be comfortable with travel across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
You must be fluent French and be located in Paris or willing to relocate.

What about the future?

The organisation continues to grow both organically and through acquisition and the global key account strategy will become a pivotal part of this. This position will certainly have the opportunity and room for further development with this role midterm taking the lead on all further global account development.

Remuneration / Package

EUR100,000-EUR120,000 / target bonus EUR20,000 plus localised benefits and insurances.
