The Opportunity
Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for growing the company's membership base and strengthening brand visibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
Generating new memberships through outbound sales activity and trial conversions
Maintaining existing customer engagement including customer check-ins, routine engagement campaigns, and quarterly e-magazine distribution
Managing advertisements and promotional posts to highlight the company
Developing and maintaining sales collateral and presentations
Coordinating sponsor opportunities for sports competitions and digital campaigns
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales and marketing performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
Previous sales and marketing experience is an asset
Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines effectively
Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to strategy development
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), social media management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

The base pay range for this role is: $47,840 to $52,000 per year plus commission.
This is an onsite role based in Langley, BC.
