This role will focus on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, streamlining data processes, and integrating data from multiple systems into a modern platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in working with large datasets to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, with emphasis on integration with Dynamics.
Work with SQL Server to manage, query, and optimize large datasets.
Automate data processes, including ETL and data integration workflows.
Support predictive analytics and reporting for business needs.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems and present clear insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong expertise with Power BI (building dashboards, connecting to multiple data sources).
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and large database environments.
Experience with data process automation, ETL, and integration.
Exposure to predictive analytics methods and tools.
Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems.
Experience connecting Power BI dashboards to Dynamics.
Working knowledge of Python (nice to have, not required).
Prior experience in data modernization initiatives.
