About The Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Media, PR, and Influence Managers in deploying the communication strategy across our product categories: kitchen appliances (Airfryer, blender, food processors...), bean-to-cup coffee machines (LatteGo and Baristina), garment care (steam irons, steam generators, steamers), floor care (stick, canister and robot vacuum cleaners), and portioned coffee machines (L'Or Barista and Senseo).
The Impact You'll Make
Media & Retail Media
Assist in briefing media agencies.
Track performance of ongoing media campaigns.
Consolidate and present media performance reports.
Analyze media impact on online traffic and sales.
Support budget tracking for A&P (advertising & promotion) expenses.
Develop and share knowledge of the French media landscape.
Coordinate with departments ahead of campaigns (Sales, Trade, Marketing, eCommerce).
Facilitate best-practice sharing across France, Spain, and Italy.
PR & Influence
Press Relations & Communication
Monitor media coverage and track press clippings.
Coordinate the distribution of press materials across Southern Europe.
Organize and manage press & influencer events (product launches, masterclasses, immersive experiences).
Handle product shipments to media contacts.
Influence Marketing
Identify and qualify new influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Manage campaign operations (briefs, product send-outs, follow-ups).
Collect and analyze performance (KPIs, reporting).
Social Media
Track trends and suggest creative ideas.
Adapt and localize global content for the French market, in collaboration with the Southern Europe team.
Conduct competitive and industry benchmarking.
Cross-functional Missions
Contribute to the development of 360deg product launch campaigns.
Conduct competitive and innovation monitoring in communications.
The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring
Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business, communication, marketing, or equivalent.
Previous internship in media, PR, or marketing (agency or client-side) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, curiosity, and team spirit.
Excellent writing skills in French (mother tongue preferred); professional level of English required.
Strong analytical skills and confidence with numbers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok...).
