As a Staff Data Scientist, you'll design and optimize data-driven products that power talent-matching algorithms, enhance client-talent engagement, and fuel AI-powered innovation.

What You'll Do:

Lead design and deployment of ML, statistical, and GenAI models (recommendation systems, predictive analytics, talent matching).
Build experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, causal inference, statistical validation) to guide product decisions.
Partner with engineering and product to ensure models are scalable, interpretable, and production-ready.
Stay on the edge of GenAI and marketplace tech, pushing innovation and best practices.
Share expertise through thought leadership (publishing, speaking, mentoring).

What We're Looking For:

Ph.D. in a STEM field with a strong research background.
Deep expertise in modeling, optimization, and statistical methods.
Proven record building and shipping ML & GenAI models, ideally in marketplace/recommendation settings.
Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, plus comfort with cloud-based platforms.
Excellent communicator who translates complexity into business impact.
Recognized for thought leadership (papers, patents, conference talks) a big plus.
