Location: West Midlands, UK (On-site 4 days per week)
Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months

IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Day Rate: Open to discussion
We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Solution Architect with deep expertise in Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Absence Management to join a large-scale transformation programme based in Birmingham. This is a key role in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.#
Strong functional and technical knowledge of:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Employee Central Payroll
Absence Management/Time Off
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and end-to-end solutioning of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Absences.
Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SuccessFactors within the programme, ensuring alignment to best practices and business requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate business requirements into robust SuccessFactors architecture and design.
Oversee configuration, integration, and testing efforts related to EC, Payroll, and Absences.
Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap and recommend innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Support data migration, interface development, and system integration planning.
Work with change management teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
Provide governance and quality assurance across the design and build phases.
