Location - Edinburgh

Job Description -

Required Skills & Experience

Work with senior architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Participate in data migration, workload classification, and modernization efforts from on-prem to GCP.
Support the development of high-level and low-level design documents, including data flows, integration patterns, and system interactions.
Collaborate with GCP engineers, SAS Engineers and SMEs to ensure smooth deployment and performance tuning.
1-3 years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, or data/analytics engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with SAS technologies (e.g., SAS Viya, SAS 9.4, SAS Studio, SAS Visual Analytics).
Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., BigQuery, GCS, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, IAM).
Strong understanding of data integration, ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
