Manager of AI & ML Applications | Law Firm | Remote (US only)

$200,000-$230,000 + bonus

Are you passionate about harnessing AI and machine learning to transform the way legal professionals work?

An elite law firm is seeking a Manager of AI & ML Applications to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of AI tools that free attorneys from repetitive tasks and drive real business value.

What you'll do

Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify workflows for AI/ML automation
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI products, with a focus on legal use cases
Develop governance standards, policies, and a long-term AI technology roadmap
Lead delivery of high-impact projects
Provide training and guidance to ensure adoption across practice groups

What they're looking for

Juris Doctor (JD) required
2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering and deployment
Strong background in data integration, ML models, and cloud environments
Expertise with Generative AI and prompt engineering
Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions for legal professionals
Experience in professional services or legal tech is a plus
