Position: Junior Product Owner | APEX Team

About the role:

We're looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our APEX team -- the core engine responsible for availability, pricing, and extras at Awaze.

You'll work across the full APEX landscape, supporting everything from channel management and distribution through to extras, new management UI development, day-to-day BAU, and longer-term transformation projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their product career to gain wide exposure to the full product lifecycle and help shape critical systems that power the travel and holiday rentals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support backlog management, l refinement, and delivery across APEX domains.

* Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

* Assist with daily BAU tasks as well as longer-term strategic transformation initiatives.

* Collaborate with teams to improve how availability, pricing, and extras are managed and delivered.

* Contribute to testing and validation to ensure features meet requirements and deliver value.

* Provide insights and reporting to guide prioritisation and decision-making.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a passionate and highly motivated Product Owner who loves a challenge and will offer the following:

* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

* Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and business colleagues.

* Some knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).

* Interest in product, data flows, and systems (API knowledge is a bonus).

* Travel, or e-commerce background is a plus but not required.
