Job Specifications
You will ensure the coordination and adherence to processes during the implementation of CRM campaigns:
You will work closely with the Brand teams, Ubisoft+ and Ubisoft Store to receive their briefs.
You will act as the liaison with the CRM operational teams (creating JIRA tickets, validating creative briefs, receiving assets, follow-ups...) to ensure the successful deployment of campaigns within the given timelines.
You will work on campaign reporting by analyzing performance indicators in order to propose optimizations.
You will work and provide input on the creation of new omnichannel customer journeys to promote engagement, new offers and features related to games, Ubisoft+ and Ubisoft Store services to players:
You will define the CRM plan, which should include the most suitable communication channels to activate, and the content of communications tailored by audience to best promote the offers.
With the help of the operational team, you will coordinate the implementation of these journeys and establish a list of key KPIs to track.
You will also work on optimizing the management of our campaigns and communication channels:
You may propose tests (A/B testing, control groups...) and analyze the results to optimize performance.
To do this, you will rely on data analysts for the production of ad hoc analyses.
Profile
You are a student and ideally have some initial experience in marketing/CRM;
You have strong interpersonal skills and strong motivation to work in a team within an innovative environment;
You demonstrate great attention to detail and have strong organizational skills;
You possess both analytical abilities and creativity;
You have a strong curiosity and sensitivity towards customer relationship management, as well as the challenges and issues within a CRM department;
An interest in the video game industry would be appreciated;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if the job description matches your profile, but also what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

A lot of our employees are not huge fans of video games. At Ubisoft, we are looking for people who are passionate about their specialties, their jobs or entertainment in general.
What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?
From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!
Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.
A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
What is Ubisoft's remote work policy?
We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.
Under our hybrid working model, you will work three days a week at our offices and will be able to work from home up to two days a week.
