About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant. This is a client-facing role, working with pharma clients and brands to execute marketing campaigns, email content, and website updates. You will also assist with medical content review and digital asset approvals in Veeva.

About the client

We are a pharma marketing agency based in Canary Wharf, specializing in digital campaigns, content creation, and Veeva PromoMats support. We work with major UK diabetes brands and rare specialty brands, offering proactive marketing solutions with technical expertise

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
Support email marketing and content creation
Work on website updates and digital assets
Collaborate with pharma clients to ensure campaigns meet compliance standards
Use Veeva PromoMats to support medical content review
Coordinate approvals for digital marketing materials

Requirements

Some experience in digital marketing or content management
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail, especially in regulated industries
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
