A stealthy, science-led software company building AI-driven simulation tools for product teams is looking for a front end owner to level up their customer-facing UI. Think real-time visuals, rich experiments, and complex state made delightfully simple. Startup pace, high autonomy, big surface area.

Responsibilities

Own the build of the customer-facing web app and component library
Ship interactive dashboards and data visualisations that make complex experiments clear
Manage complex client-side state and data sync across scenarios and cohorts
Partner with design and backend to deliver a fast, polished, intuitive experience

Ideal Candidate

3-6+ years in modern front end, deep React and state management know-how
Strong TypeScript skills and experience with real-time or data-heavy UIs
Excellent design-to-implementation instincts and product sense
Bonus points for familiarity with agent-based systems or experimentation platforms
