Job Summary
We are seeking skilled GenAI & AI Application Developers with 3-6 years of experience in building intelligent applications by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and state-of-the-art AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with LangChain, Hugging Face, and embeddings, and strong proficiency in embedding AI capabilities into modern full-stack applications (React/Next.js + Python/Node.js).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, and Hugging Face models.
Implement vector databases and embeddings to enable intelligent search, personalization, and context-aware AI experiences.
Build and integrate AI APIs into scalable full-stack applications (React/Next.js for frontend, Python/Node.js for backend).
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions.
Optimize model inference, latency, and performance for real-world application usage.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMOps, and AI frameworks to recommend best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of hands-on development experience in AI-driven application development.
Strong expertise in LLM integration, RAG workflows, LangChain, Hugging Face, and embeddings.
Proficiency in building full-stack applications with React.js/Next.js (frontend) and Python/Node.js (backend).
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for semantic search and retrieval.
Experience deploying AI models via APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
