Job Specifications

We are actively hiring for Salesforce Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Visa: USC only

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including exposure to complex projects, data dashboards, interfaces, and system integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and data governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Demonstrated proficiency in key development languages and data formats such as JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft.
Proven experience working with multi-system architectures and implementing redundancy design principles.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Copado and Jira.
Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
Active certification is mandatory
