Client Success Manager

Location: Hybrid - NYC, San Francisco, Chicago

Salary: $78,900/year (equivalent to $37.93/hr)

We're hiring a Client Success Manager on behalf of our client, a market leader in the food delivery app industry. In this role, you'll partner with a wide variety of clients to deliver a best-in-class onboarding and training experience. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize adoption, drive engagement, and realize measurable results.

What You'll Do

Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs across product, growth, and operations teams.
Build strong client relationships and set customers up for long-term success.
Drive customer enrollment, activation, and adoption to positively impact revenue.
Support key accounts during a time of rapid growth and scaling initiatives.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years in Client Success Management, Onboarding, or related roles.
Experience in training and implementation; start-up background a plus.
Strong project management and performance management skills.
Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments without rigid structure.
A proactive problem solver with a bias for action and ability to identify gaps.
Implementation experience is a plus (not required).
