Lead Full Stack Developer - Professional Services - Manchester (Hybrid)

We are working with a UK-wide professional services company is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to join a small, experienced in-house team. You'll work on a new React + PHP project and maintain an existing CRM system used by a large SME client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and React
Build intuitive user interfaces and optimise MySQL queries
Collaborate via ticket-based workflow and pull requests
Contribute to code reviews and testing

Requirements:

5+ years PHP (Laravel/OOP/unit testing)
5+ years Java
3+ years React
Experience with MySQL, Linux basics, and design patterns
AWS knowledge is a plus
Must live in within Greater Manchester (hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Full UK right to work
