Which company will you be joining as a E&I & Telecom Supervisor - Offshore Wind Project (M/F)?
We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the Oil & Gas industry, an "E&I &Telecom Supervisor - Offshore Wind Project (M/F)" for a 3-month renewable contract in Norway. A 2x2 rotation schedule is available.
E&I Telecom Supervisor - Offshore Wind Project (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced E&I & Telecom Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical, instrumentation, and telecom activities for pre-commissioning and commissioning of offshore floating wind generators. The role will ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all tasks, in line with project standards and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise E&I and telecom work during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and offshore operations
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during commissioning activities
Prepare reports and documentation related to progress and system performance
What profile and skills are required for this E&I & Telecom Supervisor - Offshore Wind Project (M/F) role?
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in E&I and telecom supervision on offshore wind, oil & gas, or marine projects
Strong knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, and telecom networks
Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Familiarity with HSE standards and offshore working conditions
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
