Must-haves:

Strong experience with CICD pipeline security and scanning tools (SonarQube, Keybolt, or similar).
Ability to integrate security into pipelines (Azure, GitHub).
Coding/scripting background (Java + automation).
Secrets scanning, rule activation, output analysis.

Candidate profile:

Hands-on secure DevOps engineer who can talk through securing a pipeline end-to-end.
senior enough to lead 2 others (showing leadership, initiative, and problem solving).

"Talk me through how you would secure a CI/CD pipeline from code commit to deployment."
"What scanning tools have you implemented? How did you act on the results?"
"If leading two engineers, how would you solve an end-to-end pipeline security challenge?"
