Job Title: Meetings and Events Specialist

Location: Irvine, CA 92606

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

What You'll Do:

Coordinate all logistics for physician training programs, including scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and attendee support.

Support the planning and execution of events in collaboration with marketing and training teams.

Research market trends and competitor activity related to training and events.

Collect and analyze data using surveys, polls, and other tools to improve program effectiveness.

Track event performance, budgets, and logistical workflows.

Handle administrative tasks to support event execution -- calendar invites, vendor coordination, document preparation, etc.

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of experience in event coordination, training support, or logistics -- ideally in a corporate or healthcare setting.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills -- detail-oriented and reliable.

Able to manage tasks independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with tools like Cvent, Notion, Avery, and Coupa is a strong plus.

Candidates must have administrative and logistics coordination experience -- lack of this is a disqualifier.
