Job Specifications

Digital Delivery Manager required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote) currently undertaking several technology led change projects and programmes. This includes better engagement with both their customers and colleagues, which are the main objectives for this role.

Role - Digital Delivery Manager

Location - Central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote)

Skills - Digital Delivery, Digital Delivery Management, Azure DevOps, Agile, Vendor Management, Line Management or Team Leading, Senior Stakeholder Management

Salary - PS90,000 to PS100,000 + benefits (30 days' holiday, 35 hours working week, good pension)

To qualify the Digital Delivery Manager will have the following:

Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager.
Experience with automation and DevOps tools.
Have an excellent understanding of Agile.
Good vendor management experience to include examples where vendors have been inherited and the relationship improved.
Line management or team leadership experience.
Be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with a variety of needs and wants.
Can provide a clear structure and plan in what can be an ambiguous environment.
Strong leadership, collaboration, delivery and time management competencies.

Your role will take the lead in the delivery of digital products and services that provide better engagement with the organisations customers and colleagues via a significant vendor resource (c50 heads) and small internal team.
