Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Backend Developer to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

We are seeking an experienced Application Systems Analyst/Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications supporting enterprise systems. This role involves full SDLC participation, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

What you'll do:

Analyze business requirements and design application solutions
Develop, code, test, debug, and document backend applications
Maintain and modify programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements
Prepare detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and workflows

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of application development, QA, and integration methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Backend expertise in: Java 1.8+, Microservices, Eclipse MicroProfile, JWT, JUnit, Mockito, OpenShift, REST API, SOAP, API Connect, DataPower
Familiarity with project management concepts and attention to detail
