Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: 181 Queen Street, Ottawa, ON, Canada, K1P 1K9

Type: Onsite (Hybrid)

Language: English (French bilingual an asset)

The selected consultant will play a key role in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations -- ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams and clients to identify digital needs and deliver technical solutions.
Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements or new implementations.
Review system specifications and gather business requirements for development.
Apply ServiceNow best practices to develop, configure, and optimize solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deliver ServiceNow features in agile sprints.
Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and deployment packages.
Ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities.
Support integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, MID servers, and other tools.
Mentor and coach junior developers while sharing platform knowledge.

Mandatory Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience.
10+ years of IT application development/configuration experience.
Located in the National Capital Region (Ottawa) and available for hybrid work.
Hold at least one ServiceNow certification (CIS, CAD, or CSA).
College Diploma or University Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

In-depth knowledge of system and integration development methodologies.
Experience with ERP (Finance and HR) domains.
Exposure to ServiceNow HR modules and onboarding solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps and agile development practices.
Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
Previous public sector experience highly valued.
