I'm working with the top global leader for advanced information, decision support, and educational programs to hire a UX Researcher II for exciting digital product work on their growing team!

The organization has a large and innovative UX research and design team, outstanding people to work with/learn from, great work/life balance, a positive/collaborative work environment, and emphasis on philanthropic work.

Location: 100% Remote, regional to Philadelphia only (50 mile radius)

Onsite/Travel Requirement: Travel 1x/month to Philadelphia

Contract Duration: 6+ months (high likelihood to extend!)

Rate: Up to $65/hour (max rate)

Experience:

UXR supporting discovery, strategic, and usability research end-to-end ensuring research directly aligns with business goals and ability to speak to specific actionable findings
Skilled problem solver, strategist, exploratory, and tactical mixed-methods UX researcher
Develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
Data driven, utilizing data to inform research decisions/direction, turning research data into actionable insights that help product teams make decisions to support users
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer use cases and ensure their needs are addressed
Experience/comfortability working in a fast-paced/quick sprint (2 week cycle) environment
Healthcare industry background - a big plus!
Required: Portfolio and/or work samples showcasing end to end UXR case studies and examples of how you've led UX research projects from concept to completion including actionable insights and specific findings
