Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to support ongoing Salesforce initiatives and enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

This role requires a local candidate available for hybrid onsite work in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
Perform gap analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization using Salesforce tools.
Support configuration, customization, and testing of Salesforce components (objects, workflows, validation rules, reports).
Assist with Salesforce project management, enhancements, and change requests ensuring timely, quality delivery.
Develop and maintain process flows, data mappings, and documentation for ongoing projects.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
Stay current on Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to recommend innovative improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or public-sector environments.
Strong experience in API integration, data migration, and requirements gathering/documentation.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with collections or payments systems.
Salesforce certification (Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar).
Scrum or SAFe Agile certification preferred.
