Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer/ Engineer/ Consultant III
Job Location: Dallas, TX 75240 - Onsite Interview
Job Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $60.40/hr to $70.40/hr

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Sr. Salesforce Developer will proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices
Key Responsibilities:
Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes and build a world-class component library to empower Administrators.
Collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, setting and defining standards for Salesforce excellence.
Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.
Operate independently and in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets.
Focus on the Force.com platform and learn and support AWS technologies as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience
Required: 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of post-internship, hands-on engineering experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
APEX coding and Lightning experience.
7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities/Experience cloud, and Data Cloud.
Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and experience leveraging AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, Appflow, S3, and others.
Preferred Certifications
Platform Dev2 certification (preferred).
