We are currently looking to add experienced commercial counsel to our talent network to be connected with top-tier clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 500 companies

Requirements:

J.D. degree and 5+ years of legal experience working with top-tier law firms or in-house legal departments.
Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including procurement, supply chain, vendor, technology, SaaS, and data privacy agreements.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working as an independent contractor.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and business teams.
Prior experience supporting Fortune 500 legal teams preferred, but not required.
