I am hiring for Software / Full Stack - Engineer (Node.js/Python)

Location: Croydon - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

Have strong hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
Enjoy mentoring and supporting the development of other engineers.
Design and implement new features, fix bugs, and contribute to story elaboration and documentation.
Participate in on-hours support including triaging, incident response, and bug fixing.
Lead the architectural design of components or modules within our platforms.
Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead to define and maintain a strong technical vision and roadmap.
Demonstrate and advocate for modern development practices and software engineering approaches.

Key Skills: Node.js / Python / ReactJS / NodeJS / Postgres / bug fixing
