My client, a leading name in the broking sector, is seeking a talented Product Manager to help shape the next generation of their digital capabilities.
This is a key strategic role with significant visibility across the organisation. You'll be at the centre of a business-wide transformation programme, driving digital innovation, modernising workflows, and scaling a high-value platform to support multiple business areas.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the development and execution of a clear product vision and strategy for a core digital platform.
Partner closely with engineering and senior business stakeholders to define priorities, align goals, and deliver impactful solutions.
Convert business requirements into concise user stories, product specifications, and actionable backlogs.
Act as the crucial link between commercial and technical teams, ensuring consistent communication and momentum from ideation through to delivery.
Track performance and user engagement, using data to inform enhancements and guide product evolution.
Drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
Contribute expertise across testing, training, and documentation to support successful rollouts.
What We're Looking For:
6+ years' experience in product management within fast-paced, data-driven environments.
A proven track record of setting and delivering on product strategies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across all levels.
Experience working in agile product teams.
Domain experience in financial services or broking is advantageous.
A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for building smart, user-centric products.
