Platform Engineer - Quantitative Crypto Trading Firm | London | Sponsorship and relocation support available

Join a leading quantitative crypto trading firm building globally distributed, ultra-low-latency systems that power their research and execution platform.

You'll work at the intersection of infrastructure, software, and performance engineering - solving deep technical problems at scale.

What you'll do:

Own and optimise infrastructure behind a 24/7 web data and trading platform spanning multiple clouds and regions.
Tune Linux network stacks, automate infrastructure, and reduce latency across the pipeline.
Partner closely with developers and infra teams to improve architecture, reliability, and performance.
Drive adoption of modern tooling (Python, Bash, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, etc.) while staying hands-on.

What we're looking for:

Strong background in Linux, networking, and cloud (AWS essential; multi-cloud ideal).
Skilled in Python/Bash and comfortable debugging distributed systems.
Experience in high-throughput, low-latency, or large-scale environments (finance, trading, or scraping preferred).
