About the Role

Our customer is a global organisation that is continuing to invest in world-class technology, and we are expanding our internal Salesforce Centre of Excellence. We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Engineer (Developer) to join the high-performing in-house team, working on large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions that span multiple regions and business units.

As part of our Centre of Excellence, you'll help define, build, and maintain cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that are transforming how we engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more.
Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce.
Leverage Salesforce APIs for integration with other platforms and data systems.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and agile development practices.
Maintain best practices for Salesforce configuration and customisation in a multi-org environment.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the Centre of Excellence.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer in a complex, enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience across multiple Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling (e.g. Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) is a plus.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are desirable.
A team player mindset with a passion for innovation, learning, and collaboration.
