Our mission is to create cozy essentials that people love living in, while building a community around wellness, connection, and self-care. We're looking for a creative, hands-on Community & Social Media Manager to help us grow our presence, build partnerships, and tell our story across platforms.
Role Overview
This hybrid role blends community partnerships with social media management. You'll be responsible for creating content, managing our social channels, and building authentic relationships with UGC creators, influencers, and partners who align with our brand. You'll play a key role in shaping how people discover, connect with, and fall in love with our brand.
Responsibilities
Create, plan, and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Record/edit short-form videos (comfortable being on camera when needed).
Maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
Engage with followers, DMs, and comments to grow an active community.
Identify and connect with UGC creators, influencers, and collaborators.
Manage partnership outreach and incoming collab requests.
Repurpose UGC and influencer content into brand storytelling.
Support activations like giveaways, community drops, or collabs.
Qualifications
4+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or community management.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture + trends.
Confident in creating/filming social content (even simple, cozy lifestyle clips).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing "multiple hats" in a startup environment.
