About the Role

You will be part of major supply chain transformation initiative aimed at improving business process efficiency and operational excellence through data governance and data quality management.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help identify, define, and manage critical business data elements across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to the implementation of data governance practices, quality rules, and management procedures, as well as the onboarding of business stakeholders to data-driven ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and test data quality rules primarily using SQL.
Translate business data quality requirements into technical specifications and executable code.
Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues, patterns, and potential improvements.
Define, implement, and automate data quality rules for approximately 700 business terms (2-5 rules per term).
Document business and technical requirements in collaboration with data owners and stewards.
Support data governance processes by capturing, enriching, and maintaining metadata in Collibra.
Prepare and perform mass imports and updates of metadata within Collibra.
Communicate and report data quality metrics and dashboards using Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of data governance and quality tools.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in coding and testing complex queries.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Proven ability to translate business rules into technical code and automate data quality checks.
Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical or business topics.
Familiarity with GxP regulations and validation processes.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent organizational skills and initiative in managing deliverables.

Nice to Have

Experience in supply chain data or within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
Hands-on experience with Collibra for data governance documentation and workflows.
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
